OpenStreetMap court data
Tennis court locations and related venue details shown on the Service are derived in part from OpenStreetMap.
© OpenStreetMap contributors. The underlying data is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0. Any rights in the individual contents of the database are licensed under the Database Contents License (DbCL) v1.0.
The court listings you see on the Service are a produced work based on that data. We have added our own records, corrections, and structure on top of it. If we ever distribute the underlying database itself rather than the listings, we will do so under the ODbL.
OpenStreetMap data is contributed by volunteers and is not guaranteed to be complete or current. We do not warrant that any court exists, is public, is open, or is available for play — please confirm access, rules, and any fees with the venue before you travel.
Geocoding and location lookup
Place and ZIP-code lookups are performed with a combination of our own location tables and third-party geocoding services. Where those services return OpenStreetMap-derived results, the OpenStreetMap credit above applies to them too.
Open-source software
The Service is built with open-source software released under permissive licences, including the MIT, ISC, Apache 2.0, and BSD licences. Copyright in each component remains with its authors, and each component is used under its own licence terms. A component-level list is available on request from the address below.
Third-party trademarks
Names, logos, and marks other than our own belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Service — for example where we describe how to pay, or where an app is distributed — does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. Our own trademark notice is in Terms of Service §12.
Corrections and contact
If you believe something on the Service is missing an attribution, is credited incorrectly, or is used outside its licence, tell us and we will fix it. Write to [email protected].
If a court record is wrong, the most durable fix is usually to correct it at the source on OpenStreetMap, which benefits everyone using that data — but you can also report it to us and we will correct our own copy.
